Any dispute arising between you and ReferLife, excluding intellectual property infringement claims, shall be settled by confidential binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Canada's commercial arbitration rules. All arbitration will occur in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

10. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these Terms remains in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the incorporated Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReferLife regarding your use of the Website.

Terms of Purchase

1. Agreement

By purchasing a product or subscription package from ReferLife, you agree to these Terms of Purchase, our general Terms of Service, and our Refund Policy. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before making a purchase.

2. General Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL BUT WITH A 7 DAY CUSTOMER SAFISFACTION GUARANTEE. WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE PURCHASES.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive immediate access to the benefits associated with your purchase. 
By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this 7-Day Refund Policy. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback on your credit card will be considered a violation of this agreement, resulting in the termination of your account and forfeiture of all present and future commissions.

3. 7-Day Limited Refund Policy for Defective Products

A refund or replacement may be authorized for products that are defective or non-functional upon arrival. This policy is subject to the following conditions:
Claim Period: You must submit a refund claim within seven (7) days from the date you received your physical product or downloaded your digital product.
Condition: The policy applies exclusively to products that are defective or non-functional upon first use.
Proof Required: You must contact us at within the 7-day claim period and provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect.
Process: The item must be unused (beyond initial testing) and in its original packaging. Upon verification of the defect, we will, at our sole discretion, either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened or used water structuring devices and frequency products.
Downloadable software, including the frequency generator app and other digital goods.
Do not send any items back without written authorization from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of both the damaged product and the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
 
 

Independent Affiliate Partner (IAP) Agreement

This agreement outlines the Policies and Procedures governing all Independent Affiliate Partners (IAPs) of ReferLife. It is your responsibility to read, understand, and adhere to these terms.

1. IAP Status

Independent Contractor: As an IAP, you are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of ReferLife. You are responsible for your own business expenses and for reporting and paying your own taxes.
No Employment Claims: You must not represent yourself as an employee of ReferLife. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination.
Maintaining Good Standing: You must maintain your ReferLife account in good standing, including timely payment of any subscription fees, to remain an active IAP.

2. Commissions

Eligibility: You must be an active and qualified IAP to be eligible for commissions as defined by the ReferLife Commission Plan.
Payment: Commissions are paid out on the 15th and 28th of each month. A $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from each commission withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount of $50.00 applies.
Payment Processor: You are responsible for ensuring your payment processor information is up-to-date in your Back Office profile to receive commissions.

3. Business Practices and Ethics

Ethical Conduct: IAPs must adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct. Unethical activities, such as making false income claims, spamming, or misrepresenting the ReferLife opportunity, are strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including permanent termination.
No Income Guarantees: You shall not make any claims or guarantees about the income an IAP might earn. Success is based solely on an individual's effort, commitment, and sales skills.
Advertising: You may not use the ReferLife corporate name, trademarks, or logos in any advertising or on any website without prior written consent from ReferLife. All marketing materials must be approved by ReferLife.
SPAM Policy: Third-party solicitation through spamming, fax blasting, or unsolicited emails is strictly prohibited.

4. Sponsoring and Team Management

Changing Referrers: To protect the integrity of the referral structure, changing referrers is strictly prohibited, except under specific circumstances as determined by ReferLife (e.g., inactivity or unethical practices by the original referrer).
Family Members: A husband and wife, common-law partners, and immediate family members must generally fall within the business structure of the first family member who registers with ReferLife. Exceptions may apply.

5. Sale or Transfer of IAP Business

An IAP may sell or transfer their business, but the sale price cannot exceed the original subscription cost. All transfers require prior written approval from ReferLife administration and are subject to a USD $500 processing fee.

6. Compliance and Amendments
